Who this person is?
I am an extrovert so I keep talking and communicating with different people, however, talking to age old people gives me a different kind of satisfaction and one such conversation that I remember was with my great grand mother wherein she encouraged me to live life to the fullest.
Where you had the conversation?
I had this conversation over my phone as she stays far way from my residence and cannot travel at this age.
What you talked about?
She started the conversation by asking me about my health and my life and if I was living happily with peace, content and satisfaction. Considering her so soft emotions and her lovely tone, I just poured my heart out, I felt as though God had sent his angel to talk to me. I shared all my problems and things I was going through in my life.
And explain how you felt about the conversation?
After talking to her I was completely out of my stress and anxiety, and I could cherish all that I had in my life. She just made me realise the importance of all that I had and the way to let go things and situations which were not in my hands. She had shown me the road map of happiness and success and made me feel that every second of life was important and that it would not come back. Since then I live my life as if there is no tomorrow and now, I am so calm and composed.

Who is the person?
Almost every other day I visit the walking park in the vicinity for a quick jog or yoga practice. I often meet this amiable old gentleman taking a walk around the walking track. On most days we exchange pleasantries and move on. However, the other day he was sitting on the park bench and we embarked on an animated chat.
Where you had the conversation?
Sitting on the park bench, enjoying the crisp fresh morning air we first talked about the weather and things that were going on in our individual lives. I learned that he had a little grandchild aged 2 with whom he loves to spend his time.
What you talked about?
Later the conversation veered to life in general in the yesteryears. The old gentleman described in detail how wants were less and how people were satisfied with very little. Your standing in society was not dependent on your wealth but rather on how knowledgeable one was. He also lamented on how the present generation was influenced by social media and the futile pursuit of youngsters to gain social recognition.
And explain how you felt about the experience?
I found the conversation fascinating for it gave me a window to his life in the past and about society then in general. He also mentioned certain historical changes that took place during that time. Many of these facts one would not find documented in any book of history .

Who this person is & where you had the conversation?
We have daily conversations with different people on various topics. We remember certain conversations, as they leave an impact on us. I remember one such conversation with my grandmother that I had regarding money management. We had this conversation during lockdown when we were having dinner.
What you talked about?
The conversation started from how everything was on a hault during lockdown, and money had to be used wisely. My grandmother told me how important it is to save from what we have. Saving should be a habit whether the amount is small or big, one should develop a habit of saving as you never know when the need arrives. Life is a roller coaster and we do not know when it takes a turn. When we save, in the need of hour, we can optimally utilise it.
And explain how you felt about the experience.
The experience was an eye opener for me, as I realised that if I develop the habit of saving while I am young, it will prove to be helpful once I grow up. It is for our own good if we have ample amount of savings at our end to be used at the right time or when the need arrives.
