I am writing to inform you that our company purchased 100 scanners from your company
circa 4 months ago. Now around 30 of the scanners which we bought from your company
have stopped working.
We are a law firm and we have to deal with the legal documents all day and scanner is
one of the most essential equipment we need because we cannot work without mailing
our scanned documents to the other legal team. This is affecting our work performance
because our employees have to gyrate around the neighbourhood to find another scanner
for their day to day work.
When we made the deal for the scanners your company ensured me that your will provide
us with the best service possible. When we made the deal with your company we never
thought that we would have to deal with all this red tape and lethargic responses, it is asinine. I want you to replace the defective scanners as soon as possible.
