I am a very shopaholic person, and I love to shop for western as well as Indian clothes. My mother is equally fond of shopping and both of us together got a similar dress where we decided to twin with each other. But there was a little hole in my dress. We decided to go back to ‘Lifestyle’ from where we had got that dress, but we had discarded the bill already and were little concerned if they will exchange the dress or not. It was last summer when this happened. We went there and asked the concerned staff to look into the matter.
The staff was very cordial while attending us and they immediately checked the dress and asked us to take a new one. Their exchange service was very nice and the entire staff was well groomed to deal with the customers and the best part was that they all were very polite in dealing with their customers.

I was with my mother as we both were shopping that day.
And how you felt about it?
I felt very nice that they had such prompt service and after that I and my mother had lunch together at our favourite restaurant there. We sure had an amazing day and we were lucky enough that all things were in our favour that day. Till today, I recommend this outlet for shopping to all my near and dear ones as they have clothes of different brands at decent prices and their products are worth it.

It was during one such exploration that I received the most special service of my life, till date, perks of it being my birthday as well.
So, here, I would like to talk about the services, provided by the most famous restaurant “Farzi Cafe” which is one of Chef Zorawar’s holdings.
It was my birthday that day, and as any other day of exploration I went there to celebrate my birthday. Only this time, I was with my entire family and relatives.
The food was too good and the ambience was just amazing, so we all had a superb meal. They also provided a variety of coupons on account of it being a birthday occasion, so we got a good discount.

I was with my family and relatives, which made the experience all the more cherishing and worth remembering. We all had a great time together enjoying the delicacies and enjoying the moment.
And how you felt about it?
But the most interesting thing that I would like to mention here is that all the people working in the restaurant, brought a cake on my table. Not just that, they all sang a melodious birthday song for me in unison. Everyone around me was clapping and cheering for me. But it was this gesture from their side that came as a surprise for me and made it all worth it. I can never thank them enough for making it so memorable for me. I was ecstatic.
