What was it about? & Where was it held?
I went to a party at a hotel near my house a few years ago. There was a restaurant bar and a stage for musicians to perform, as well as a swimming pool and various loungers for people to sit and relax. Palm trees surrounded the place. In the beginning, there were only a few people there since I went earlier but over the course of the day it became more and more popular.
What did people do at the party?
Eventually, the place was crowded, and it was very lively, with many groups of people sitting around and having fun.There was a variety of games and live music was going on.
Explain what you enjoyed at this party?
I also enjoyed listening to the live music and speaking with other guests at the party, most of whom I had never met before. The atmosphere was quite friendly and so it was a good place to socialize.
When and where was the party ?
Last year we were invited to a Christmas party by my childhood friend. The party was held at their newly purchased apartment located at a posh colony of the city. All our friends along with their families were invited. I attended the party with my young first cousin.
What was the occasion?
My friend had been planning to throw a party for the longest time. He had purchased a new apartment and we all had been pestering him for a house-warming party. We were all eager to see the new apartment and for this reason and to celebrate Christmas, he arranged the party at his place.
Did you enjoy the party ?
We had a wonderful time at his apartment which was on the thirty-first floor of a high-rise. The view from it was exceptional and on a bright day one could see far into the city. Since the party was held around Christmas, the theme colour was red and white. The terrace of his apartment was gorgeously decorated with balloons, ribbons and festoons. The DJ played both soft numbers as well as party numbers and very soon all of us were on the dance floor. Moreover, the snacks served were succulent and delicious.
We partied late into the night and my young cousin had a great time too. All of us friends had a wonderful time after a long gap and it would probably remain one of the most enjoyable parties I attended till date.
