A street market in my city which is quite renowned among the younger generation is the Sarojini Nagar market. It’s basically because of the cheap prices that are available over there for different products. Some of the famous products that are available over there are the fashion designing clothes, handlooms and also some of the furniture items.
How was your experience after going there?
I had an everlasting experience shopping there as I could purchase so many dresses at an affordable price. While I was shopping I also came across the street food that is available there and it was just mouth watering snacks with a lot of variety.
How did you feel about the street market?
I feel the market was too crowded and busy, I think I will only be visiting it if I wish to purchase something that is out of budget. Personally, I do not think I can handle such over crowded places because neither am I a shopaholic nor curious to keep changing my wardrobe styles.

If one is a college student or a young person, it offers a plethora of choices in clothes and shoes. Additionally there is wide choice in ethnic varieties as well. One can find all kinds of artifacts. One can buy pottery items, the usual knick-knacks as well bamboo items are available too.
Do you think it is a good place to shop ?
It is a wonderful place to shop as it offers a range of goods at affordable prices. Moreover if one is good at bargaining, one can get huge discounts on some uncommon stuff as well. I often frequent this market and often find unusual items that are exquisite.

Where I live, there are a great number of street markets around just at small distances. One of the best street markets happens to be the market in Lajpat nagar. It is a great market where I go often as I love to shop.
What can you buy there?
It is one of the most versatile street markets I have ever visited. From small decorative trinkets, to huge show pieces and wall hangings, one can find anything and everything in this market. Although it is now extremely popular for food and clothes, there are stalls of traditional and western clothes throughout the market.
How you felt about it?
I feel that going to the Lajpat Nagar market is an extremely fun activity to do. In the evenings when all the lights are switched on, the entire area lights up and seeing the hustle bustle of the market brings joy. The market also allows you to bargain with the vendors.
