During the wedding of my first cousin, my other cousin and I was assigned with the task of erecting a make-shift gazebo and decorate it. This was supposed to be the main arena where all the rituals were to be conducted.
How did you do it ?
We first procured bendable bamboo and erected the basic structure. Making the dome was the most difficult part. Next, we prepared paper cut-outs to decorate it which took a lot of time. Next we hung up buntings and white flowers to further enhance the overall look. We painted the turf below using traditional designs in white paint.
Why did you find it interesting?
I had never made something like this before so, although challenging, I was immensely satisfied with the final outcome. The bride and the groom were very happy to wed in the all white gazebo. Relatives and friends also appreciated our efforts.

One of the most exciting activities that I did was making a long cross stitch designed with a beautiful mat.

I love doing different activities. I personally love adventurous sports since my childhood. Last year, I got a chance to do skydiving on my birthday. I asked my parents for the permission but for the first time, they were not ready to send me to take part in it. Then I requested and they agreed to send me.
Who you were with?
I was with my cousin. She is professional in it. But for me it was the first time. She helped me to get through all the precautions and other steps before I started. I was very excited and a little nervous too but she handled it really well.

My birthday was 26 August and I did this activity on the same day in the evening.
Why you went for it?
I wanted to take part in it because I wanted to make my birthday special. I was turning 21 and wanted to celebrate in an adventurous way.
