Who is the person ?

While I have many people around me who talk a lot but not the way my niece does. She is worth mentioning as she not only speaks a lot but speaks at a rapid rate. She is a happy person and generally has a lot to say about everything under the sun.

What does he/she mostly talks about?

My niece is a compulsive speaker and she cannot sit still and not speak for even five minutes. By profession she is a chef and she simply loves to talk about food. It can be anything related to food – about exotic vegetables and meat, berries and nuts or the ingredients used to make a certain dish.

She loves to describe each cooking process and the importance of garnishing. She is a passionate culinary specialist so often would painstakingly describe how to present a particular dish.

She also loves eating out and gives detailed descriptions about the restaurant, the service and about the ambience of that place. What more, she often gets upset if somebody does not pay attention to her.

 Why do you think this person is so talkative?

I believe there is a certain category of people who are more social than others. Such kind of people need to share their experiences about everything with their near and dear ones. Also some people are impatient and generally are unable to focus on a thing or person. They have an urgent need to communicate with others at all times.
