Introduction
Normally I do not prefer going to noisy or crowded places, but there was this incident when I did get attracted to a cacophony of sounds.
When did this happen? & Where it was?
I vividly remember it was the month of May when it is usually quite hot in Delhi. I am a person who avoids shopping from local markets as its too noisy and over-crowded at times, but I remember having something important to buy so had to go to the market in peak summers.
Why there was a lot of noise?
I was accompanied by a friend of mine and we visited this market in scorching heat, so we decided to stop by an ice cream parlor. Just as we halted for a while, we were able to hear a huge round of applause and a wave of sound from a crowd cheering after an interval of 10-15 seconds, repeatedly.
When enquired from the ice-cream vendor, he said that there was this famous singer ‘Arijit Singh’ who had given a surprise visit to his fans in the park nearby.
Explain what you did when you heard the noise
Both of us being great fans of Arijit, we were elated and jumped with joy. We literally fled and followed the noise where it was coming from.
I was at the top of the world that day, as I was listening and watching Arijit live in front of me. The noise was thunderous as the crowd was literally roaring.
I just couldn’t believe my eyes. I have been just having this pleasure on television or youtube till now. There was a deafening roar that could be heard after every couple of lines he sang. It was certainly a dream come true.

Introduction
The day since I have become independent managing my things on my own, I have developed into a person who goes to sleep within a fraction of a second, as I get completely exhausted working tirelessly throughout the day. Doing household chores by myself and trying to maintain a work-life balance, I just keep running and working around the clock.
When did this happen? & Where it was?
I vividly remember it was a Friday night in the month of July. I was in a deep sound sleep in my room that night, when it was 2:00 a.m. Usually, I do not get awakened easily by anything or anyone. But as it was wee hours in the morning, there were people shouting loudly outside our house who were loud enough to be heard.
Why there was a lot of noise?
When I woke up with a jerk and went out to check what it was, all our family members got to know that there was a thief trying to steal the safe from a bungalow next to our house. And because of the guard’s alertness and instant action, he was caught red-handed.
Explain what you did when you heard the noise
Looking at the scenario, all of us rushed to the spot and stopped everyone from beating the thief at the first point. Then, I called the police who I feel, is the appropriate authority to intervene and take up the matter. I personally believe we should not take laws into our own hands, but being responsible citizens have this duty to inform the executives about the same. The cops reached there in 10 mins and we handed over the criminal. Being the one to call them, I had to join them to the nearest station narrate the incident, and lodge a complaint along with the people whose safe was getting stolen. I feel proud of myself for performing the necessary action required.
