Currently, when the world has widely accepted many changes in society and have adapted new lifestyles, there is no space to discuss about the mental health of a person openly in public. To break this taboo, many celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Mathew Perry are amongst the few to share their mental health condition with the society and spread awareness.

To solve this issue and cope up with the stress at work many countries have integrated a new work policy with just 4 days working for example Netherlands, Belgium and France, which is resulting in high productivity at work.
