My cousin, who is currently based in Canada, is one of the most energetic people I know. She has always been an active person and manages to pack a lot of activities into a given day.

During her college days while pursuing her university education, she continued her training in Odissi dance. Late,r she also worked as a part-time dance teacher in one of the most reputed schools of India called the Welham Girls. Along with it, she pursued her interest in art and refined her skills in sketching. On special occasions like birthdays and New Year, we would all invariably receive a hand-made card from her.
What kinds of activities does he/she pursue?
At present she is married and based in Canada. She is now a professor teaching at a university and is also the face of the Indian fraternity of Canada. Owing to her skills in the classical dance form she is an active participant in several cross-cultural groups representing India and showcasing its cultural heritage. Along with her busy daily routine – work and family, she also finds time to go cycling or rowing with her mates. To maintain her vigour and to keep up her strength she regularly practises power yoga.

The energetic person I know is my nephew, Sayansh. He is 5 years old and studies in class one. As a kid he spreads all the positive energy around in our house. We used to live together so I know and believe that even children can help us learn great new things. He is always curious and excited about learning new things or activities which also make him a super active child and smart.

I have a very loving relationship with him. He is one of my best friends and favourite person who inspires me to smile, laugh and stay happy each day.
He keeps hopping from one place to another the entire day and spreads cheerful vibes.

Spending time with him charges me with full positive energy to perform all tasks even if it’s complex. Being with him, I feel relaxed and happy.

I always thought that I’m the most energetic person in my social circle till I met Abhishek in 2016 at my college. He’s a dear friend of mine now, but back then I just knew him as a department junior.
Why do you think this person is energetic?
I will never forget my first interaction with him. We were introducing ourselves to our new-to-college juniors when Abhishek suddenly started dancing. While everyone laughed, thinking it was just an attempt to ease the tension or break the ice, it was far from reality. It’s been 9 years since then, he is still someone who breaks into a dance randomly, purely out of boredom in a room. Even after long and exhausting work days, he manages to stay pumped and proposes adventurous activities right after work.
And explain how you feel about this person?
His energy is beyond comprehension to me, but it’s also what helped us become such great friends today. While his energy does get irritating on some days when I’m completely famished and drained after long-work days, he’s also the first person who ensures that none of his friends stay exhausted or feel upset on lonely days. His energy keeps our entire friend circle entertained, joyful, and quite close together. I admire that a lot about him and hope his energy never dies out.
