What are the benefits and disadvantages for tourists who visit such places ?

Travelling and exploring various places around the world has now become a hobby of the people. And going to usual destinations has now become out of trend. Travellers want to travel to different places where lesser number of people have been to. Everyone is tired of the luxuries they have, so, they are planning to travel to places where conditions are difficult such as The Sahara desert or The Antarctic.It has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Talking about the advantages first, it allows people to learn about varied ways of living and get acquainted with the people around the globe. Discovering new horizons makes a person more exciting and indeed confident. Especially, travelling to The Sahara Desert or The Antarctic can prove to be beneficial. The places that have been left untouched from so many years, now can be taken care of. The tribal people can earn a living with the tourists visiting them.
However, it has a lot of disadvantages as well. The area that was completely governed by the acts of nature, now will have humans invading in it. Natural disasters could be caused due to minor mishandling of such extreme zones. The visitors would end up destroying the place by throwing garbage here and there. Moreover, it could turn out to be hazardous to the travellers as well because of lack of facilities and safety. A sudden change in weather does not suit everybody and can cause diseases.
To recapitulate, travelling to difficult places could cater to the wanderer inside you but would cause threats to one’s health and also that of the mother earth.
