Last year I visited Goa with my family. Although I visited Goa before but this time we managed to discover some of the more secluded beaches.
It was the winter months so the weather was pleasant and not too hot. We were booked in an offbeat homestay deep in south Goa. It was a quiet little place overlooking a little cove.
Which is this place?
After our arrival, we took a leisurely stroll by the beach adjoining the homestay. The waves continuously lapped against our feet as we walked. For long hours we stood by the seaside captivated by the colours of the setting sun. As this beach was far away from the more popular places, the beach was clean, less crowded and uncluttered. We stayed there for five days and considerable part of each day we spent our time by the beach.
Why was it memorable?
This was probably one of my most memorable and enjoyable Goa trip. The best part of the trip was the pristine beach with clean shores which is a rarity in Goa. What more the whole area was bordered by a coconut grove lending that much needed touch of green making it a picturesque sight. The pictures I clicked over there look more like postcards.

Why was it memorable?
I love visiting different places normally where I can spend enough time with nature. Because I think that when I spend more time with nature, it gives me peace and happiness. Recently, I visited a lake. The name of this lake is Albert Dyck lake. It is a beautiful lake in my city. I did not know about it before.
When did you visit?
I visited there last weekend. It was a sunny day and me and my family members made up our minds to go somewhere with water and trees. Then, we found this place on Google.
Which is this place?
It is a lake with a beautiful surrounding. Water is so clean there and people spend a lot of time sitting near it. The sunset views from this lake are amazing. First time I saw the sunset view at this lake, I felt like I was living in a dream.
Why was it memorable?
It is a memorable visit because my brother just came as a newcomer to Canada and it was his first visit with me after three years. Overall, our day went really well and we enjoyed it a lot. I cannot wait to visit this place again.

What is it?
One of my best travel experiences was my visit to the Jim Corbett National Park, the greenery I witnessed and experienced has always touched my heart. Its natural waterfalls, the fresh air, and the chirping of birds take me to a different zone, I never wish to come back.
Where is it, and when did you see it?
Amidst the Naini hills, the national park is situated and is filled with extensive flora and fauna. Inside the park, there are two three waterfall areas where one can see the milky white water plunging from a great height. I usually visit this place in the moderate season when it is neither too hot nor too cold.
Did you go with someone?
I have often visited this place along with my family and friends, and we pre-book the entire trip so that we can stay with ease and get more time to explore the natural beauty.
How did you feel after visiting that place?
Whenever I visit this place I feel I am in heaven as I come out of all the tensions and anxieties I usually suffer in my daily routine. The natural and pure air makes me realize the calmness people need living in urban busy cities. I feel rejuvenated after being there and now whenever I get time I have started planning this short trip as it relaxes my inner sole and sparks me to live a new life each time.
