What the work of art is?

Well honestly, I am a big fan of art and craft and I have been to many art galleries before. But, more recently, I came across the infamous paintings of the legendary Vincent Van Gogh. The one particular painting that caught my eye was ‘The Starry Night’.

When you first saw it&what you know about it?

This is a pure oil-on canvas art piece which I saw at an art exhibition in New Delhi. The starry night is a great display of Vincent Van Gogh’s best work. This painting is made completely by his memory of a small town in the mountains. The best part of the painting is the sky. I absolutely loved the sky and how creative it was. It was full of colors and beautifully showed the stars and the wind.

And explain why you like it?

The painting looks like a dream and it can compel a person to stare at it for hours. It gives such a mesmerising view to the eyes.
