Who did it?

I am a die-heart foodie. I like eating spicy, and at the same time salty food. I think I have inherited it from my father, because he also likes enjoying delicious food as I do. Once my mother made Naan, which is a long bread, and Shahi Paneer, which is made from a puree of tomatoes and cottage cheese, at home, it was my birthday.

When and how did he/she cook?

The task of cooking is very tedious and time-taking. It took her 2 hours to make the dish, and we just finished it in half-hour, such an injustice. First, she prepared the dough for the bread, she took refined wheat flour and added water to it, to give it a shape, then after kneading it for 20 minutes, she showered some coriander over it and covered the dough and placed the dough in a warm place, because it requires some time to set. Then she started working on the dish, she took some fresh tomatoes, cut them into four pieces and boiled them for half-hour, along with some cashews and chillies. After that she kept them cool for about half-hour. After that she made a puree from it by grinding them all.

She cooked it on my birthday, because it is my favorite dish. And she wanted to make that day memorable for me, because it is very difficult to make that bread at home, but she watched several cooking lessons from Youtube and the result was that her efforts turned out to be delicious. I still have the taste of that dish on my tongue.
