Sample Answer :

Habits take time to develop. It depends on us as individuals as to what kind of habits we want to inculcate in our daily routine. Good habits once developed stay a long time with the individual. We often want to inculcate certain habits that our friends or loved ones might have.


One of my friends Swati is into exercising regularly and doing yoga everyday in the
morning. She is my school best friend and since she was in her college first year, she has been doing yoga regularly. She along with her mother do yoga regularly for half an hour and as she tells me it has become a part of their lives. Once we were together on a trip and to my amazement she woke up early there as well and did her morning yoga.


As she told me she does not miss it even a single day. They do not spend even one day without exercise or yoga. It keeps them healthy and fit as it is rightly said that a healthy mind dwells inside a healthy body. They go on everyday with it and it keeps them active and rejuvenated.


I personally want to develop this habit as it is a great habit and will help me in maintaining my fitness. It is rightly said that ‘ a healthy mind dwells inside a healthy body’
