What is it?
One thing I regularly do to keep myself well equipped and groomed in my work and study is Meditation. It helps me be mindful in all that I do and keeps up the calm and pace I need in things I daily perform.
When do you do it?
Usually, I meditate every morning at the sunrise time sitting in my terrace area listening to the chirping of birds and feeling the fresh air that surrounds my area.
How it helps you?
It makes me more focused, result oriented and understand life in a better manner. It just takes away the entire stress that is usually there in a busy day and motivates me to do better every single day. The calmness I get in myself encourages me to update my skills regularly and stand tall in the competitive world I work.
And explain how you feel when you do it?
I feel much refreshed and rejuvenated every single breathe that I take during meditation. It has taught me the art of living life with so much positivity forgetting all the sadness and worries I usually have in my mind of the past. It makes me feel that life has something better every next moment and it is up to us to maintain that spirit of joy within ourselves.

What it is and how you learn it?
Health is wealth, it is rightly said. I exercise daily to keep myself fit and healthy. I do this for one major reason that it helps me to work better. Once my mind is relaxed, I am able to concentrate and give out better results. I practice Yoga, and I have learnt it through a yoga trainer initially. Now I practice it myself. It kickstarts my day with a positive attitude.
When you do it?
I do it in the morning so that my day starts on a positive note. It helps me to think clearly and gives a fresh start. I feel like a new person after sweating a bit in the morning. I feel proud of myself that this is what keeps me focused, as it is also a healthy habit to have.
How you feel about the method?
It gives me energy. I can re-charge my brain and work on my fitness simultaneously . It makes me feel relaxed and has a soothing effect on my mind. I feel happy doing it.

There are different kinds of people in the world. Some are introverts, whereas others are extroverts or ambiverts. People interact as per their convenience. I know one such person who loves to communicate with other people, and share his experiences.
He is my husband’s friend Varun and by profession he is a DJ.
What does he/she mostly talk about?
He loves to talk about his different travelling experiences where he plays techno music with famous artists. He tells us about the crowd and the way they vibe with their playlist. When we listen to him, we realise how this industry is completely different and the behaviour of people is also variable as per the crowd they are in.
Why do you think this person is so talkative?
I feel Varun is talkative because of the work he does. Profession affects a person’s behaviour and lifestyle. Being a DJ, he meets a lot of people and interacts with them weekly, so he has to be outgoing and talkative.
