What is it?
My routine is as mundane as a normal school-going child. I wake up at 6 in the morning, get ready for school, come back to my home at 2 PM, eat food and begin with my homework around 3 PM and continue till 8 pm at night. After having dinner, I get back to work again, and work till 10:30 Pm. But one thing that I enjoy the most in the middle of my daily routine is my Spotify playlist.
Where and when do you do it?
After coming from school and having my lunch, I just plug in my earphones, connect them to the headphone jack and start with my favorite singer Kishore Kumar. I have developed a taste for old Bollywood songs since the past two years. My hands are writing and my legs are waving along each rhythm.
Why do you do it?
Since the 10th grade my friends were forcing me to download Spotify, but I was relenting to them for a very long time. Because I thought it would be a distraction for me. But it was only in the last year I installed Spotify and the first thing I called and said to my friend, that you gave me the key to heaven, and we were both laughing and enjoying it. I was sulking that I have missed a lot since so many years.
Explain why you enjoy it?
I like listening to Spotify because it releases my stress in a more harmonious way, it pleases and calms me, it disconnects me from the all the worries of the world and takes me to the world of Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Mohammad Rafi and other evergreen singers of all time.

What is the activity ?
In a day we indulge in various activities. Some are chores we need to do on a daily basis and there are other activities which contributes to our well-being. Every morning once I freshen up, I follow a yoga routine which I immensely enjoy.
When do you indulge in it?
This morning activity helps me to be alert and energetic through the day. Three days in a week I also go to the neighbourhood sports club where I train under the guidance of a teacher who is an expert in yogic practices. He has taught me to understand the needs of my body and work on those area accordingly.
Why do you think it’s enjoyable ?
This activity over the years has helped me to overcome many physical problems. Additionally, it has also helped me to become calmer and more focussed. Every morning I look forward to my morning yoga routine. I do a combination of exercises and keep adding different kinds of pranayam to my regular routine.
